Free spaces on Special July/August 2009 tour |

Once upon a time, a group of friends resolved to go on a special Red Carpet Tour just for their group, starting 25th July and ending 6th August 2009.
Unfortunately the economic situation has forced several of those friends to pull out, which means we are a little short of the minimum number of people
required to make this special tour possible. We therefore decided to open the tour to other fans. If you would like to join us, please get in touch with Vic
and Raewyn mentioning the "Aotearoa '09" tour. And I'll be happy to answer any questions here, of course.

I wish I could afford to go... sigh... I'd like to know what's special about this tour (which is to say different than a regular RCT, because all RCTs
are special!)

The way I read it, Chris and friends have 'chartered' their own RTC simply so that the whole tour group would already know each other...

LOL I agree, they are all special! (I've been in December 2005.)
Mike is right, all that's especially special about this tour is that we wanted to make it an exclusive tour for our group of friends. Alas, it wasn't meant to be, but this way we'll (hopefully!!) get the chance to make new friends. Thanks for the good wishes, Mike! I'm sure we'll make it, and it will be great fun! By the way: Is it okay if I also post this in the "There and Back Again" forum? "... I name before you all Frodo of the Shire and Samwise his servant.
